Our COVID-19 Strategies
We have renewed our strategies so all our customers and our staffs take tours safely. Our plan will be updated time to time according to the situation of COVID-19
Our Risk Management Plans
1. Our staffs are quarantines 14 days or tested prior to the tours.
2. We will provide the best itinerary for your safe trip (e.g Take safari before climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro to see your condition etc)
3. We will give you a free training program through YouTube as necessary
4. On your arrival, we will provide 1 mask made of Tanzania cloth for your safety and for your souvenir .- We still recommend bringing masks
5. In the car, we open the window to have fresh air. In principle, 1 customer per 1 raw
6. For trekking, wear no masks to take oxygen into your body. Instead, a guide and you will try to keep social distance. In principle, 1 customer per 1 tent
7. For tours other than trekking, wear mask and gloves where possible. Otherwise, avoid crowd and keep social distance. - Souvenir shops are often small and hard to keep social distance, so we will give you some samples so you can choose in the hotel
8. Every morning and evening, Measure body temperature and oxygen level using thermometer and pulse oximeter. Check health conditions (including all the corona conditions) using check list. In health check, your guides will wear masks and gloves.
9. We will bring extra fresh water and soap - We still recommend bringing sanitizers
10. You will be staying in the hotel, and not staying hostel to avoid risks- We will have "budget plan" for accommodation

1. Please complete booking 2 weeks prior to your trip. We recommend contacting us by 3 weeks before so we can suggest you the best plan. In order to complete the booking, you need to complete a simple health check list we will send via email.

3. We recommend doing some exercise. -we will give you a free training program through YouTube as necessary
4. We recommend receiving COVID-19 negative certificate prior to arrival.
Those who do not will be subject to testing on arrival and notified if positive (This is based on National Standard Operating Procedures for Management of COVID-19 in The Tourism Businesses)
5. Please prepare masks, gloves and sanitizers to bring to your trip
