Terms and Conditions

1. For the options of 2 persons or more, the mailing address for shipment should be one. Each person can access from the different location although the same tour(s) should be selected.
 
2. We will be using the following system and method
Method of payment: PayPal  or bank transfer. If you make a payment through PayPal, you need to register PayPal account
Method of chatting with David Livingstone: WhatsApp (recommended) , LINE or zoom  If you don't have those, please contact us.
System of the virtual tour: zoom You need to have access to internet. If you access from your smart phone, you need to install app of zoom

3. Craft, art and drawing are unique. You can request your preference in each tour as stated, if you have any. Upon your request, we will send you the ones close to your image before we send.

4. In Tanzania, the condition of electricity and network is not always good. If the virtual tour is cancelled or delayed due to the unexpected matters, you can rebook the same virtual tour or chatting.

5. Shipment fees are included in the price. Shipment could be delayed due to the uncontrolled conditions (weather, COVID-19 etc)

6. You can book the virtual tour after you complete the payment
